My Story
I’m Kelly Wheatley, a passionate Reiki Master devoted to helping others find balance, peace, and deep healing. With over 25 years of experience practicing and teaching energy work, I specialize in Usui Reiki and also have extensive training in Shambala and Karuna Reiki traditions. I feel truly blessed to serve as a clear and compassionate channel for healing energy.
My greatest joy comes from creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and restored. Each session is guided with intention and care, allowing you to reconnect with your inner light, release energetic blocks, and return to a state of harmony
and wholeness.
I’m thrilled to collaborate with Kat Juffre of A Touch of Balance Massage Therapy, whose skilled and compassionate bodywork beautifully complements Reiki healing. Together, we offer a holistic approach that nurtures both body and spirit. Our new Sublime Relaxation Session. It’s no secret that Kat and I are magic together. We provide a combination of Reiki and Massage together. We take the Reiki energy and combine it with a gentle massage to benefit the best of both sides. Subtlety at its best. This leaves you feeling completely relaxed and ready to face the day or end it on the happy side! We also have our COMBO Session! You choose a favorite someone to bring along and you both receive a full Reiki Session and Massage, each! What a great way to spend time with your favorite!

I had my very first Reiki experience today. Going in, I vowed to be open-minded but had my doubts. I knew that Kelly held a firm belief in its power, and I had a firm belief in her, so I figured “Why not?”
Just minutes into the session, I began to notice a complete relaxation. Not just a little bit. But total surrender to the experience. I left with a renewed sense of purpose, and my soul felt lighter than it had in a very long time. I cannot recommend Kelly enough.
Full transparency, Kelly is my aunt, and I had the absolute honor of growing up in the presence of her magic. There has always been something a little “more” about her; spiritual, wondrous, calming. Even so, I went into my reiki session feeling unsure of how this could possibly help me.
The room where the treatment takes place is very comfortable and serene. It’s so hard to explain how reiki feels, but I will try to explain my experience. I felt an immense amount of what I can only explain as “energy” flowing through specific parts of my body. When she was finished, I felt both emotional and relaxed; it was like she somehow took everything negative that was stored within me and replaced it with love and light. My anxiety lessened, I felt more at peace.
Kelly has truly found her gift, and I’m so glad she’s sharing it with the world. If you e been curious about reiki, I definitely recommend giving her a try. I can’t think of anyone that is more perfect for this job.
I have had the pleasure of doing the friend-combo: massage AND reiki, 3 times now and cannot recommend this wonderful combination enough! I have brought 3 different friends/family members and they have all raved about it as well. Kat and Kelly are a powerfully effective duo. Kelly calms you and lets you go deep with her reiki, while opening up your world with the insight she gains. Kat is skilled in multiple massage techniques, making for an extremely healing massage. She always offers stretches and tips as well which have helped me tremendously. Cannot recommend these ladies enough!
Kelly is an answer to a prayer! I have some chronic health health issues (arthritis, mostly), that limit my ability to live as fully as I want to. The answered prayer came when I met Kelly and felt an instant rapport with her healing presence.
I have had 3 Reiki sessions, each healing, relaxing, in their own way. Kelly first does a "reading" of my body, what areas might be blocked, etc. She then helps my body's healing energy system to flow and to allow whatever healing needs to take place.
The results of these sessions have been remarkable! From several blocked areas to lighter, more open energy flow, I have experienced greater mobility and less pain.
We also have tapped into each others' ability to laugh, which has been a refreshing plus to our experiences together!
I have committed to this journey with Kelly, and am grateful for her compassionate competence in connecting with me to heal
